Upon check in, there was no indication of what room belongs to what package. A spa package for one room and a breakfast in bed package for the other room. They even told us we had been upgraded to two suites. We were ushered into the VIP lounge and Alexis and Christina took care of us.
We had heard pretty awful things about the casino but wanted to give it the good old try before listening to anyone else. We reserved one night at the Pechanga Casino and Resort and the rest of the nights at a neighboring resort. My boyfriend and mother flew from San Francisco to San Diego to celebrate a birthday and an engagement.
I decided to stay at the Pechanga Casino and Resort rather than the Pala because the rates were fantastic.
